📦 Return Policy
- You can request a return within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Items that are used, worn, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

- Customized or energized spiritual items
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged after delivery
🔁 Replacement Policy
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must provide clear photos or videos as proof.
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers may need to bear the return shipping cost, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

- Slight variation in color, texture, or appearance is natural in spiritual products like Rudraksha and gemstones, and will not be considered a defect.
